all the hype and b.s. about this being a 70hp macine left me a bit disapointed once i spent 8500 dollars U.S. on a used one. i have an MC21Sp and an RS250 Aprilia and the VJ23 was no faster even with Sugaya's it was smoother and more refined in the power delivery but worth that kind of money? to me? no. i'll stick with the best 250 going-RS250 Aprilia ...IMHO
